We are a property management company accepting resumes/applications for the position of “Maintenance Tech” for our properties in the South Raleigh and Garner areas. Full-time position available, Monday thru Friday, for dependable, self-motivated person with good work habits. Work truck provided. Must have prior experience in property maintenance. Responsibilities include: General maintenance. Must be able to troubleshoot and have a knack for solving problems. Must have working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and painting. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must have reliable transportation to get to work and a valid driver's license Drug test and background check required. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors. Each day will be different as there will be a wide range of duties.
