Job Details Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities · Visit customer homes to provide service to installed water treatment systems · Perform necessary services to water treatment systems based on service tickets, annual maintenance tickets, and or onsite inspections · Log services performed in the CRM accurately and timely · Proactively engage with customers to provide an outstanding customer service experience and implement the “White Glove” installation process · Follow all established job site safety rules, OSHA guidelines, and company safety policies and procedures Minimum Skills and Competencies · Excellent customer service skills/focus and ability to interact with customers · Excellent time management and communication skills · Experience in residential water treatment systems a plus but not necessary · Minimum 2 years plumbing and or irrigation experience · Valid drivers license · Reliable truck, van, or suv that can carry residential water treatment materials · Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel · Ability to lift up to 50lbs What do we offer? · Industry leading compensation package · Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits after 90 days · 401k retirement savings plan · Paid Time Off · Gym Reimbursement · Endless opportunity for growth and advancement - This position also offers a gas card.
