We are currently hiring and have been looking for individuals that are willing and wanting to work outside and inside a trade that will never go away. We are in the septic business which is not as bad as many would think. This is a trade that is unique in itself that is in itself many businesses. Commercial Transportation DOT, Electrical, Plumbing, Excavation and Engineering. To the right persons you will be hard pressed to find any other business that will train you how to work in every trade all wrapped up in one place. We cross train everyone we hire to become a maintenance technician, installation assistant, pumper technician and repair technician. Currently we are needing to fill the role of installations. During times that installations are not happening due to weather etc we adjust to other jobs within the company. This is why we cross train. Requirements: Must have valid drivers license and no bad or too many violations in past Must be capable of passing background check no major felonies. Must be able to work in any weather conditions Must be able to work long hours and even some emergency weekend responses. Must have customer service skills Must be able to take orders and listen to others Must be able to work alone at times and be trusted while working alone. Positives but not required: Have a valid Class A CDL Have a trade license in OSSF or other TCEQ license Have previous Excavator and/or skid steer experience not just I ran one for a weekend.
