MOBILE MECHANIC "SMOG SPECIALIST" NEEDED TO GET ME TO PASS SMOG

Hi, I have a 2005 Dodge Grand Caravan, It drives great, I just drove it across the country from Chicago. When I got here to plates here is a copy of the report I received. I had it Smoged in North Carolina in April of 2021 and it passed and obviously I know there are other checks here. The check engine light goes on and goes off, the transmission light pretty much is always on and the airbag light goes on and off as well. That's about it Take a look at this Smog Test and let me know your thougths. I'd like the Truck to test positive so I can get plates or tell me what is best to do. I've been told to take it to Arizona and sell it... I only paid $1000 for it in North Carolina, I've put 2 new window motors in, some brake pad and a new radiator.
