Benefits Part-time & Full-time position available to start now Time schedule available and working days: Mon-Sun: 2nd. shifts available. Based on proven experience, pay scale goes from $14.00 to $15.50 per hour to start. We offer paid "Personal Time Off" benefit for full time position after first year of employment Paid Mileage reimbursement program available for some positions. After completion of 90 days probationary period some part-time positions may convert to full-time positions. Bonuses for excellent performance! Requirements, Qualifications, and Responsibilities You must like cleaning & making customers happy Must have 1+ years previous janitorial supervisor experience. Valid driver's license. Clean driving record. Reliable own working vehicle. Valid auto insurance Able to lift 35+ lbs or more as needed. Able to stand, bend and kneel to perform cleaning duties for 8 hours or more Able to pass a criminal background check and drug test Able to communicate in English. (Speaking Spanish a plus) Must live no more than 20 miles around Zip Code 32935   Must be legally authorized to work in the United States Must have Smart Cell Phone with email, data, GPS available Ability to provide supervision and training of new employees, as well as give daily direction and work lists Must be able to work without supervision, show good leadership skills, and a sense of urgency to complete tasks Ability to provide supervision and training of new employees, as well as give daily direction and work lists Must be able to read and explain MSDS sheets Responsible for locations assigned by Operations Manager and perform building walk-through’s and inspections> Manage, inventory, and replenish supplies. Maintain and repair equipment Inspect completed work for conformance to standards. Fill in for absent employees General cleaning, including, but not limited to: trash removal; dusting; cleaning restrooms, break rooms, offices, conference rooms; sweeping and mopping floors; vacuuming floors; window washing; buffing floors; stripping and waxing floors; stone care; carpet cleaning; carpet spotting; upholstery cleaning; other duties as assigned.
