Everything you need to create a delicious Charcuterie board! Join Casa Onofre as we learn how to assemble a stunning and delicious charcuterie board while sipping on Cider! This is an interactive workshop for 2 hours which includes a demo for the first 45 minutes. Basic pairings, cutting techniques and styling will be taught. We will provide the materials needed so that each participant can make an individual charcuterie board to indulge after the workshop or take home. We will include a print out of our favourite pairings and summary of the class for the student to keep. First cider is included in ticket price!
