An established residential property management company in Boston, has an opening for a full time painter. The location for this position will be located in Fenway. Requirements: Experience patching/painting apartments at a high capacity during rental season. Upkeep of hallways and common areas when rental season is slower. Team player, willing and able to help out at other properties on an as needs basis. Participation in after hours on call and snow removal. Maintenance experience isn’t required but a plus.
