Job Description TapRm's growing team is seeking a dedicated, hardworking, self-starter to assist in the growth and development of our Distribution Division. The Distribution Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for picking and packing orders, handling incoming freight shipments, and maintaining the highest level of inventory accuracy. The role will work directly under our Director of Distribution Operations. This is an entry-level, part-time position with the possibility of growth based on performance and need. The starting pay rate is $19/hr. Our warehouse is located in Long Island City, Queens. Key Responsibilities Include: Order picking and packing Receiving incoming freight deliveries Loading product into designated warehouse space General warehouse maintenance & cleanliness Inventory management Daily distribution vehicle loading Prepping couriers for deliveries (printing and distributing invoices, ensuring timely departure every morning, etc.) Ideal Candidate Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent MUST be at least 21+ 1+ years warehouse experience Able to do physical work for 8+ hrs a day Extremely well-organized and detail-oriented Highest level of accuracy, efficiency and accountability Strong sense of urgency with proven ability to multitask Capacity to lift 100+ lbs Bonus Points: Some Management Experience Google Sheets Proficiency Ecommerce or Start up Experience Beer knowledge (Not Required) Inventory Management Experience Drivers License Forklift Experience/ Certification First Step: Please include a short summary of your relevant work experience/schooling, why you would be a good fit for this job, and your favorite beer or beverage.
