Prepare garbage for pick up by the Sanitation Department on days Keep garbage area clean of debris and garbage always. Garbage cans must be washed twice a week after garbage is bagged and put out for collection. Sweep/Mop halls and remove dust/debris from front, back yard, & laundry common areas, twice a week. Dust baseboards, stair rails, washing machines & dryers, twice a week. Keep the basement area neat and clean at all times. Clean glass entrance door twice a week Keep all lights in common areas working; replace burnt bulbs- Maintain clear egresses in hallways: remove any material/property stored in common hallways Remove snow from walkways stairs, and back area and sand/salt as needed. Make sure front and back entrances are secure at all times. REQUIRED: Drivers License, Vehicle, Auto Insurance
