We are a design build company based in Brooklyn looking for experience cleaners to weekly clean our residential and commercial clients. Responsibilities include: All basic cleaning in and around residences or commercial areas. Cleaning floors. including dust mopping, damp mopping, sweeping, dusting, picking up larger objects off the floor, and spot cleaning glass and windows. Cleaning restrooms, including restocking dispensers, emptying trash, cleaning and sanitizing fixtures, cleaning mirrors, spot cleaning partition doors and walls, sweeping and mopping tile floors, and cleaning toilets and urinals. Vacuum, emptying the trash, and replacing liners. Setting up, stocking, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. Monitor and maintain sanitation and organization of assigned areas. Transporting dirty linens to correct area to be cleaned and restocking areas with clean linens. Perform additional duties as needed. Pay will be determined on experience.
