Learn how to make fresh pasta The magic of freshly made pasta is inescapable — once you taste it, it’s hard to forget. In this class with Jackson Taymans, chef de partie at our Burlington wine bar, you’ll learn how to make and shape fresh pasta. You’ll learn to roll out the dough and create two different stuffed pastas with it. You’ll learn about the traditions surrounding each recipe and, with sommelier Brittany Galbraith, you’ll taste wines from the Italian regions that pair well with the pasta. At the end of the class, you’ll receive a single portion of each of the pastas you learned to shape, made by Jackson, along with recipe cards to help you get the most out of your dining experience at home.
