I own and operate a small property maintenance company that focuses on pressure washing and soft washing and painting etc. When I go to a job I bring a trailer loaded with the right equipment making each job fast and easy. Many of the jobs I find only take a day or less. Often times to clean gutters it only takes an hour or so. I don't do any type of repairs I turn that down. I need someone local in Metairie who can work part time at least. More hours possible. Being reliable and doing a good job is what I need. Pay is based on experience but with inflation and the labor market like it is I'll guarantee at least $14 an hour. To do the small quick jobs I pay more. If you leave wet or with paint on your hands I'll pay more. If we have to drive I'll cover some of your travel time. Performance bonus after 90 days. Not an hourly job it's cash at the end of the day. Real opportunity for someone.
