Please only apply if you are in the South FL work area or will be within the next month (must be indicated in your cover letter) Required Skills and Job Functions: • At least 3 years of experience working on electrical crews as a lead or foreman • Ability to read and interpret blueprints • Previous knowledge of Telecommunications Industry preferred • Previous Commercial Electrical Industry preferred • Working knowledge of any cellular carrier standards preferred (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint) • Without assistance, be able to lift 50-75 pound on frequent basis • Ability to work outdoors in high temperatures, sunlight and inclement weather Additional Job Requirements: • Must have transportation and a clean 3 year continuous driving record • Experience in Telecom HUB / Switch / COI facilities preferred • Ability to use time efficiently and set daily goals • Ability to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment • Strong organizational skills • Detail and accuracy oriented • Professional appearance and team attitude is a must • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills • Microsoft Office and Google Suite preferred The Ideal Candidate: • Will possess a sense of ownership for the task assigned • Have the instinctive ability to be adaptable to an ever-changing environment • Possess strong oral and written communication skills • Have an excellent attendance and punctuality record • Have a strong work ethic • Have honesty and integrity • Be a self-starter with the ability to work independently • Be able to work well as a team member and follow directions from supervisors We offer: • Competitive compensation (pay commensurate with experience) • Travel expenses/lodging/per diem when out of market • Full Benefits Package (Medical, Dental, Vision and 401k) • Opportunity to be part of an exciting and fast paced organization The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
