Hi, I am looking to adopt a small dog, but got scammed out of money on a bogus delivery fee (my bad, I should of listened to my wife) Now I'm asking for help,there has to be good people out there, I don't want anything but information where I can get a small dog, I've been trying the shelters and have only come across large breeds.It really broke my heart that I couldn't help any of them but I live in an apartment and it would only be fair if the dog was small.. Please if you have or know someone who has a "SMALL" Dog and you want it to go to a good loving home Please keep me in mind..
