Eye opener for ladies situational awareness and self defense. Avoiding the attack! This class will cover an amazing amount of information to keep people safe. It's a complete eye-opener. Specifically designed for girls and ladies of all ages. We'll cover situational awareness, avoiding an attack, levels of awareness, threshold stimulus, how to handle unwanted approaches, relationships and stalkers, human behavior both violent and non violent, where to park, walk and sit and why, pre-attack indicators, creating a defensive and survival mindset, gathering evidence, having a plan B and more. Class registration is through Loose Shoe Brewery in Appomattox. (Host location) The last class we did at their Amherst location overbooked in three days. Register now.
