New Dealership - Opening Late Spring 2022 New seacoast based dealership is seeking to hire a self-starting Diesel/Automotive Parts Department Manager. This position is a Great Opportunity for someone who is entrepreneurial spirited, self-starting and aggressive at achieving results. The key role for this position is the ability to start and maintain a new parts department. Compensation is based on experience. Applicant can expect an aggressive Salary + High Commission Plan with no ceiling! Schedule is Monday - Friday approximately 45 hours per week. Position includes full benefits package: 401(k) with company match, vacation, holiday pay, company-wide bonus/ incentive plan, health, vision and dental insurance. Key Responsibilities: • Develop, enforce, and monitor effective Parts Department processes. • Create and achieve annual Parts Department goals and budget. • Oversee a team of Parts Department members. • Maintain an accurate and effective parts inventory system. Requirements: • 3-5 years within diesel/automotive parts industry. • Excellent communication and customer service skills. • Time management and organizational skills with great attention to detail. • Ability to pass a drug test.
