Description

Enjoy another incredible wine tasting with our Master Sommelier, Olivier Flosse, for a special tour to the most famed regions of France. France produces some of the world's best wines. Many renowned growing regions, including Burgundy, Bordeaux, Loire, and Champagne, are completely dedicated to terroir and tradition. The grapes planted in these regions are typically restricted to a few traditional varietals. This seminar will feature four wines from France: two reds, one white, and one sparkling wine, to give you a sense of the depth and variety of French wines. The colors, aromas, and tastes of French wines have shaped and influenced everything we appreciate about wine. Whether you’re a connoisseur of great wine, or simply looking for the best bottle to serve with dinner or give as a gift, join us to expand your knowledge and palate to a range of tastes and traditions unmatched anywhere else in the world. In every glass of French wine is a world of pure discovery. Cost: $50.00 per person (includes $25 gift card) Light appitezers accompany this event. Special discounts available for all of the featured products after the event. All reservations can be made on Eventbrite or email us at: [email protected] Cremant De Savoie, Eugene Carrel, Brut, Savoie Fresh bright mineral driven cremant. Finesse, roundness, and fruit. An elegant wine with a mineral finish. Muscadet-De-Sevre et Maine sur Lie, Domaine Les Trois Toits, 2020, Loire Valley Straw yellow color, followed by a nose of ripe pears. A fresh, mineral-driven wine that occasionally carries an almost imperceptible effervescence. Bourgogne, Les Grandes Terres, Jean-Marc-Pillot, 2019, Burgundy A notably ripe nose; consists primarily of black cherry and warm earth nuances that can also be found on the rich and juicy, yet reasonably serious flavors that possess enough supporting tannin to suggest that this should benefit from a few years of cellar time. Les Lauriers, Baron De Rothschild, Montagne Saint Emilion, 2019, Bordeaux Comprised of 70% Merlot and 30% Cabernet Franc, LesLauriers des Rothschild, this wine is produced from grapes carefully selected from a vineyard situated on the south-facing limestone-clay slopes of Montagne Saint-Emilion, next to the village of Parsac.
