Our souls will connect emotionally and spiritually during an energetic flow yoga class
This beach yoga flow class is designed for all skill levels, beginners, intermediates, and more! The instructor will teach you basic breathing techniques, different asanas (yoga poses), and teach you the Sanskrit names for poses, while giving opportunity to deepen your practice by trying more advances poses. Some of the poses you may see in the practice are; tree pose, warrior III, downward facing dog, and more.
The class will last between 50-60 minutes with a savasana, or rest, at the end of the practice. You may choose to practice on the sand or on a towel for a less gritty practice. Yoga mats not recommended on the beach, as sand tends to stick to them indefinitely.
You will leave class feeling sweaty, flexible, relaxed, and maybe even spiritually energized.

8:15-8:50 Guided Asana
8:50-9:00 Savasanna (final resting pose)
