We are seeking a competent handyman/laborer to join our team at CRM, a busy service company in the Myrtle Beach area. This is a full time year-round position with benefits offered. Starting pay will be dependent on experience.
Job duties include:
• Maintain the cleanliness of the buildings by pressure washing areas
• Perform general maintenance
• Clean outside area around buildings
• Properly store and handle all equipment, tools etc.
Minimum qualifications:
• High school degree or equivalent educational experience
• Previous experience groundskeeping
• Previous painting experience is a plus
• Able to work independently
• Able to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift
• Transportation is required as well as a valid Driver’s license.
