Influential Women of Northwest Indiana Awards Banquet celebrates the achievements of women that have redefined their companies, industries, and communities through their leadership and innovation. The annual banquet, hosting hundreds of attendees from dozens of companies, honors both established professionals and up-and-coming women in 12 industry categories in Northwest Indiana, as well as companies that have demonstrated outstanding support for women. Categories include: ArtsBusinessConstruction/ManufacturingEconomic Development/GovernmentEducationFinanceHealthcareLawMarketing/MediaNonprofitService/TourismSTEMAdditional awards are given for the Empowering Business of the Year, Community Leader of the Year, and Supporter of the Year. In addition to the awards, the evening features plenty of networking opportunities with representatives from many leading companies in addition to drinks and heavy gourmet hors d’oeuvres. The Influential Women awards banquet will be held with all applicable pandemic safety precautions in place, in accordance with local regulations. Masks are encouraged for all attendees, but are not required for vaccinated individuals per state recommendations. Unlike previous years, this event will have a plated meal instead of a buffet-style menu out of an abundance of caution. Social distancing is encouraged when and were possible throughout the ballroom. *All tickets and sponsorships are non-refundable.
