Join us for an early morning birdwatching hike in Earlham's back campus. Our feathered friends are returning to the area! Join certified wildlife tracker Nathen Peck to learn about the bird species returning to the area and those passing through. You will learn how to identify different bird species by sight and sound in this 2 hour long hike for all ages. Who: This event is FREE and open to all! We do ask that you preregister on Eventbrite. Where: Meet at Sadler Stadium (Earlham College Baseball Field) Parking Lot. To get to the stadium from Rt. 40 W, turn right onto SW 5th St. and then make a right onto Earlham Dr. The tour starts prompty at 7:30 AM. What to Expect: Guests can expect to walk 2 miles in the woods in potentially muddy conditions. Bring a pair of binoculars or a spotting scope and stay tuned to our social media for weather updates/cancellations.
