April 19th, 2022 , Join us for the grand unveiling of Terramark's FIRST rental community, West End on Frio St. JOIN US April 19th, 2022 for a ribbon cutting ceremony for our first ever rental community; West End on Frio Street. Building 1 being complete and building 2 nearing completion. This will be a 24 - unit apartment with 2 unique floorplans ranging from 790 sq. ft. to 980 sq. ft. And take a walk through our staged unit. Terramark Urban Homes is pleased to announce a creative design for a new, affordable rental community in San Antonio: The West End on Frio. Phase I of the project will be built as part of the 2017-2022 Neighborhood Improvement Bond with the goal of promoting the strong sense of community which exists in the Vista Verde South neighborhood. Through working with the owner of the vacant parcel adjoining the property, Terramark was able to secure the land to expand the project scope. The resulting project will allow additional affordable units and further expand the affordability of the project.
