BJ’s BBQ Pop Up Dinner w/ Chefs Daryl Butterfield, Jonathan Chapin, and Travis Stehman. BJ’s Nevada Barbecue Company - Sparks, NV Join Cheftravy, Chef Butterfield, and Chef Chapin for our final stop of 3 Cities, 3 Chefs, 3 Menus at BJ’s BBQ. Adding special guest and President of The High Sierra Chef’s Association, Chef Jay Rathman. Course One: Housemade Bison ravioli in merlot reduction with roasted root vegetables and fried sage. Course Two: Crispy pancetta and pear salad with pickled fennel and a toasted pistachio vinaigrette. Course Three: Mushroom duxelle and shallot stuffed wild Boar tenderloin, served with roasted red potatoes, baked tri colored cauliflower, finished with a whiskey infused Demi Glacé. Course Four: Chocolate pudding with raspberry coulis, shaved sea salt chocolate, fresh vanilla whipped cream, chocolate tuile. All courses can/will be paired with cocktails, whiskey’s, and bourbon’s sold separately by BJ’s BBQ. Cost is $250 per couple or $125 per person. Couples and groups encouraged! **note: beverages sold separately from dinner.** About the Chefs: Cheftravy was voted 2022 ACF High Sierra Chefs Association runner up of the year. Was executive chef at renown restaurant Lavecchia. And is now owner of Cheftravy personal chef company. Jonathan Chapin is owner chef of Reno Recipes and host of 2 regional cooking shows including resident chef of KOLO 8 News Now. Daryl Butterfield is executive chef and catering manager at both Purecraft and Caldera House Jackson Hole. Was also featured on food network, and consulted the opening and menus of many L.A. eateries. www.purecraft.co
