Join Chefs Travis Stehman, Jonathan Chapin, and Daryl Butterfield for night two of 3 Cities, 3 Chefs, 3 Menus. This menu is designed to pair with the wonderful bouquet of wines Nevada Sunset Winery has to offer!!
**note: wine is sold separately from dinner.**
Course One: Tombo fish, cured and compressed citrus with candied leeks.
Course Two: Wedge salad with Calabrese blue cheese chutney and organic tri colored baby heirloom tomatoes.
Course Three: Short ribs braised in cherry merlot jus. Puréed parsnips, rosemary honey carrots, topped with pickled onions.
Course Four: A decadent peanut butter snickers cake. Served with a warm caramel sauce, chocolate ganache, and coffee whiskey whipped cream.
Join us for a Friday night to remember! The chefs have written this menu in mind for a small intimate evening of food, wine, and interaction. We plan on talking food and wine with you on your journey through the courses with owners Alynn and Mike.
Seating is limited and this will sell out quickly.

About the Chefs:
Cheftravy was voted 2022 ACF High Sierra Chefs Association runner up of the year. Was executive chef at renown restaurant Lavecchia. And is now owner of Cheftravy personal chef company.
Jonathan Chapin is owner chef of Reno Recipes and host of 2 regional cooking shows including resident chef of KOLO 8 News Now.
Daryl Butterfield is executive chef and catering manager at both Purecraft and Caldera House Jackson Hole. Was also featured on food network, and consulted the opening and menus of many L.A. eateries. www.purecraft.co
