This 4 course dinner will not be one to miss! Menu: 1st: Insalata Caprese (buffalo mozzarella and tomato) // Verdicchio di Matelica 2nd: Totani e Patate (squid and potato) // Falanghina del Molise 3rd: Gnocchi alla Sorrentino (potato pasta red sauce, cheese, herbs) // Tommasi Lugana 4th: Delize al Limone ( lemon sponge cake with limoncello) // d'Orsaria Cab Franc Cost for this class is $90/person.
