You're Invited to the After Party for Gaston Christian School Prom. Please read description before purchasing tickets. Everyone is welcome with a valid ticket. Dancing, selfies, light refreshments and fun will be provided. By purchasing a ticket you understand that no outside food or beverages will be allowed and any valuations of laws will be handled by law enforcement. WAIVER OF LIABILITY & ASSUMPTION OF RISK I, for child, or myself, Agree to this waiver by purchasing a ticket on this website. I sign this Waiver and Assumption of Risk in consideration for the opportunity to participate in AfterProm 2022 coordinated by After-Prom 2022 parents. I acknowledge and understand that there are dangers and risks associated with this activity including transportation and agree to assume all risk of personal injury, including the potential for severe injury resulting in paralysis or even death that might occur before, during and after the party is over. I, hereby hold harmless After-Prom Committee, Volunteers and Crowders Ridge Camp and their respective Supervisors, employees, representatives and/or agents from any and all liability for any such personal injury, disability, death or loss or damage to person or property to the fullest extent of the law. I understand this document serves as a binding contract upon purchase of a ticket and declare I am signing this waiver free from coercion or duress. As I sign this, I am of sound mind and body and not under the influence of alcohol, medication or a controlled substance. By purchasing a ticket to the After Party I agree with this Waiver of Liability and I assume all risk.
