Drywall New 2 Unit Residential Building

This is a two story, two unit residential building. Each unit is 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 738 square feet of floor area. I need a crew to hang and finish drywall in the entire building. We need a Level 4 finish. I will provide all materials. The takeoffs are: Exterior Walls: 1744 square feet Type X 1st Unit Ceilings: 729 square feet Type X 2nd Unit Ceilings: 738 square feet half inch 1st Floor Walls: 1588 square feet half inch and 88 square feet Type X 2nd Floor Walls: 1663 square feet half inch Total: 6550 square feet The bottom 2'8" of the first floor walls are concrete and the drywall is to be installed on the concrete. There are recessed lights in every room. There are a few pieces of backing that need to be nailed. There is some concrete that will need to be sanded. There need to be resilient channels between the first and second floors. We're expecting the job to be ready to go next week.
