Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: The following is a summary of the duties and responsibilities that are a regular part of the job. Other duties may be assigned. • Complete entry level training (basic production skills, inspections and learning product and equipment terminology) • Assists in housekeeping duties • Operate forklift (conduct pre-use inspections; adjusting or switching different fork types) • Provides extra help during equipment failures • Assists with “down days” and startup of production line procedures • Attends safety meetings and abides by all safety rules set forth by company and governmental regulatory agencies; ensures that hazardous conditions are reported and corrected • Comply with all Safety rules, policies and procedures (LOTO Program, JSA’s, etc.) Qualifications: • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) • Lift and/or move 60 pounds and more • Ability to work a rotating shift • Regular attendance is required
