We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for an apartment community in Mountlake Terrace This position will require reliable transportation and automobile insurance as you will be required to use your vehicle to travel to different sites. Our ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of apartment community experience. Responsible for the proper repair & upkeep of the apartments, buildings, common areas, completion of work orders and restoration of vacant units. Skills in the following areas desired: Plumbing Carpentry Flooring Painting Appliance repair & installation Drivers License and reliable vehicle required.
