NEWTOWN, PA — Charlie Adcock will appear on the ballot Nov. 3 in his bid for the state house seat in Pennsylvania's 31st District. Adcock, a Republican, will challenge incumbent Democratic state Rep. Perry Warren. The 31st District includes Yardley, Newtown, Lower Makefield and parts of Morrisville. Term limits should be mandatory at all levels of government. Only citizen legislators will vote for term limits. I will join the fight to that end. I believe that everyone has a right to safety and be treated fairly. I believe we are all entitled to our opinions, political or otherwise. What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?As an experienced leader in the automobile auctioneer industry, I am at the top of my profession as an automobile and charity auctioneer. I have operated my auction company since 1996 and owned two other successful businesses for over 15 years. Won the World Championship of Auctioneers in 2010. But, I believe the people of our community are frustrated with career politicians who are not listening and acting on their behalf.
