HACKETTSTOWN, NJ - With so many fall festivals and craft fairs being canceled by COVID-19, one local event is still set for Sunday. "Hops and Shops" will see local artists selling their wares under tents behind the Manskirt Brewing in Hackettstown. The event take place from noon to 6 p.m. at 144 Main Street in Hackettstown.
