Seeking Full/part time/ temporary experienced Maintenance Technician for residential multi-family property. • Basic drywall • Punch skills, painting, small repairs, patch work, repair fixtures/walls, etc. • Help with completing work orders as assigned • Apartment make readies and turns • Work closely with maintenance and office team to ensure property is running smoothly • Maintain property curb appeal • Provide excellent customer service to residents Plus if you following: • Basic Plumbing • Carpentry • Basic Electrical • Appliance Repair Knowledge • Provide routine maintenance to HVAC systems including repairs and preventative maintenance Own transport or live near by
