TEWKSBURY, MA — The following letter to the editor was submitted by Tewksbury resident Clare Anne Marie Stronach. On Saturday, April 2, I will be casting my vote for James 'Jim' Duffy for Planning Board! I first came to know Jim many years ago when we volunteered for the newly- formed Green Community Committee. Its mission was to work toward Tewksbury's designation as a Massachusetts Green Community. It was not an easy task! I watched Jim leverage his professional experience, collaborate with other members, work tirelessly to collect and analyze data, and finally to bring consensus within the community. (To date, this designation has gleaned in excess of $1.8 million.) Such traits are essential for a successful Planning Board Member! Jim is energized and ready to give back to the community he loves!
