Blue & White Day at the Capitol ~ A day of Action & Advocacy ~April 25, 2022
Join us at our Blue and White Day at the Capitol. This day of advocacy is Co-Hosted by the Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated Commonwealth of Pennsylvania State Directors and the Local Graduate Chapters: Theta Omicron Sigma's and Nu Sigma Zeta's Social Action Committees; sponsored by 186th District PA State Representative Brother Jordan A. Harris and 191st District PA State Representative Joanna McClinton.
This day of advocacy provides members of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Incorporated and Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated a platform to voice our concerns about Election Reform, Policing and Gun Violence, Empowerment in the African American community, Crown Act and many other topics. We will meet with Officials to learn about key legislative issues and talk with our legislators.
Participants are encouraged to schedule a meeting time with their legislators in advance.
Our agenda will include a meet and greet with state government officials and legislators, a group introduction in the Delegate and Senate Houses, and a first-hand opportunity to support PA Legislative bills and proclamations during open session.
