Fundraiser sale at competitive prices, held rain or shine, of a wide variety of plants native to the Southeast
A wide variety of trees, shrubs, vines, ground covers, and wildflowers native to the Southeast are offered, including several varieties of native azaleas. Wildflowers typically available include bloodroot, columbine, trillium, black-eyed Susans, asters, and more. Some non-natve "passalong" plants well adapted to the area are also available, as well as some house plants. Many plants are from the gardens and properties of members of the George Wood Chapter of the Alabama Wildflower Society, which hosts this event. Proceeds help support educational and other projects.
