Building Maintenance/Janitorial Cleaning (Ft. Lauderdale, Beach Condo) Seeking a Full Time Maintenance/Janitorial person Monday - Friday 8:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M. Requirements and Abilities: · 6-8 years’ experience in building maintenance CLEANING is a MUST. · Must have a car and not rely on another party for transportation. · Must speak fluent English. · Ability to coordinate multiple priorities. · Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally. · Be available 24 hours Building Emergencies. · Withstand the temperatures outdoor environment. · Must work with other employees, take orders from the Supervisor and Manager- TEAM PLAYER. · Must possess the ability to multi-task under pressure. · Prefer easy going attitude · Not have health problems to interfere with attendance. · Criminal record check will be performed. · This position is NOT an office job or casual observer. JOB SUMMARY: Maintain efficient, upkeep of the property and grounds is a must, keep free of debris and trash, including bulk area and recyclables. Sweep, mop, dust, clean and be able to operate a “scrubber machine” on a routine basis. Clean light fixtures, replace light bulbs, clean bathrooms, toilets, sinks, floors, push dumpsters in and out, etc. Use pressure washer machine and be knowledgeable of certain mechanicals. Overall maintain the building clean. Must report unusual and extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or resident to Management. Perform other duties as assigned by the Building Manager and Supervisor. Only serious and committed applicants.
