CHELMSFORD, MA — The following letter to the editor was submitted by Chelmsford resident Clare Jeannotte. I am writing to ask you to join me in support of Virginia Crocker Timmins in her bid forreelection to the Chelmsford Select Board. Chelmsford needs dedicated andexperienced leadership as we strive to move this wonderful town forward. As current Chair, Virginia has shown leadership in her first term. She is a memberproven to study an issue, reach out to residents and municipal leaders for collaborativesolutions, and stand by her convictions. Those convictions are developed based on awork ethic and critical thinking skills that are the cornerstone of how she reaches herown conclusions. She then clearly explains her positions. She knows the job. Nobody can predict the issues that will confront them in the next three years. But wecan elect those we trust to ably represent the citizens' best interest and to serve withexperience, honesty, integrity and intelligence.
