help moving stuff to clear up floor space for carpet cleaning

We live in a three story townhouse and we are looking for a strong person to move stuff from the entry level and top floor to our garage to clear the carpets so the carpet cleaner doesn't have to move everything. We also need a sofa moved from the kitchen into our living room. If there is time also would like help in moving empty boxes out of the garage. Carpet cleaner is coming on Friday so we need someone who is available tomorrow (Thursday) afternoon or early evening. We estimate it will take about three or four hours. We are both seniors who have lost two friends to Covid, so whomever we hire has to be willing to wear a mask which we can supply. If it works out we may have more work down the line.
