Need Someone to Build a Wooden Crate for Shipping

Need someone to build a crate box that is roughly 12' long, 48" wide and 6' high. Attached is a picture of what we are looking for. Need to be able to open it up on top and one side (bolts), the rest can be fixed. Also needs space under as shown in pic to be able to forklift this up. Please quote me total price including materials and delivery to 28778 or if you prefer, you can build in our parking lot.
