Mixer Operator - Marshall – 1st shift – $16.00/hr. PrideStaff is looking for Mixer for 1st Shift for a brewery company located in Marshall.  You will have the opportunity to be surrounded by a great team and working for a fast growing company Duties and Responsibilities: - Brew new batches according to standard operating procedures (SOPs) in accordance with the daily plan  - Keep specific data on amounts of ingredients added and lot numbers  - Cleaning of all brewing equipment used according to SOPs  - Cleaning of fermentation and packaging vessels when empty  - Swabbing for cleanliness according to sops, signing off on documentation  - Testing brews for Ph, Ta, Alc and extract when needed. Record in appropriate spreadsheets - Discern when to crash tanks as directed when necessary - Record appropriate data in ERP Qualifications and Requirements: - Minimum of 1year of manufacturing experience or a combination of manual labor experience and computer skills - Brewing/Filtration experience a plus but not required - Keen attention to detail and ability to efficiently follow process flow  - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize work while multitasking. - Excellent communication skills - Positive and team-oriented attitude  Hours of Work:  1st shift 7:00am-3:00 to 3:30pm Apply online at, call 828-782-3392 to schedule an interview or in person at the following address: PrideStaff 5 Regent Park Blvd., Unit 102 Asheville, NC 28806
