Arlington Porchfest Returns In Full In 2022

ARLINGTON, MA — Arlington Porchfest is back this summer after the pandemic forced changes to the popular community event. Porchfest will take place Saturday, June 18 from 12-6 p.m., with a rain date set for June 19. The free festival, which welcomes musical act, visual performers and art displays, will take place on porches and in storefronts across Arlington. It will be loosely divided into two zones, West and East: West Zone: 12-4 p.m.East Zone: 2-6 p.m.A scaled-back version of the festival, called Porchfest Stage, was held at Town Hall in November. The event was not held on its typical spring date due to the pandemic, and the Arlington Center for the Arts said it was unable to sufficiently plan for a large-scale festival in the fall.
