Here are the top stories today in Boulder: Colorado legislature green lights the 'Idaho Roll' for bicyclists. Rolling through stop signs on a bicycle may soon be allowed in every jurisdiction – should Gov. Polis sign the now approved bill into law. (CO Politics) The City of Louisville approves IGA for debris cleanup. An Intergovernmental Agreement (IGA) between Louisville, Superior and Boulder County is moving the cleanup process forward for those that want to clear their fire debris lots. (7News)RTD's says it has come up with a new security plan for Union Station. The Regional Transportation District is planning to add turnstiles, barriers and will remove electric outlets.
