Press release from the Jefferson Parish Government: March 21, 2022 JEFFERSON, LA - In partnership with Bluetails Pet Rescue and The Drew Pet Foundation, Jefferson Protection & Animal Welfare Services (JPAWS) will be hosting Paws in the Parc on Saturday, Apr. 2, 2022 at Parc des Familles (6101 Leo Kerner Pkwy., Marrero, LA 70072) from 10:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. This mega adoption event is free to the public and all four-legged friends! Attendees can look forward to food trucks, live music, a pet parade, pet pictures, a costume contest and a vendor marketplace.
