CONCORD, NH — Alexis N. Regan, 26, of Concord was arrested at 4:21 a.m. on March 15, 2022, on three bench warrants. She was arrested after an incident on Break O Day Drive. Regan, according to the Merrimack County Superior Court, failed to appear at a drug charge out of Bow on Tuesday. Richard A. Stebbins, 46, of Nashua was arrested at 7:45 a.m. on March 14 on a warrant at police headquarters. A warrant was issued in January for his arrest on a violation of probation accusation after being convicted in November 2021 on a felon in possession of a dangerous weapon out of Pembroke from August 2020. William G. Cavataio, 50, of Concord was cited at 8:43 p.m. on March 12 on a criminal trespass charge after an incident at the Concord Homeless Outreach Center and Shelter on North Main Street. Israel Pablo Colon, born 1976, of Concord was arrested at 11:34 p.m. on March 11 on a driving under the influence charge and a yellow-solid line violation after an incident on 100 Loudon Road. John Patrick Regan, 47, of Concord was arrested at 1:50 p.m. on March 11 on a felony operating after being certified as a habitual offender charge after an incident at 9 Village St. He is due in Merrimack County Superior Court for arraignment on March 31. Danyelle Fay, born 1997, of Concord received a summons at 1:30 p.m. on March 10 on three theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charges after an incident at Walmart on Loudon Road. Dylan J. Bill, 23, of Concord was cited at 5:10 p.m. on March 9 on a simple assault charge after an incident at Concord Hospital. John Shampney, 29, a homeless man now located in Concord, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. on March 8 on a theft by unauthorized taking, less than $1,000, charge after an incident at Hannaford on Fort Eddy Road. San M. Darjee, born 1995, of Concord received a summons at 2:31 p.m. on March 7 on a driving after suspension charge after an incident at 80 Storrs St. Tyler John Payne, 36, of Weare was arrested at 8:45 p.m. on Feb. 23 on a warrant after an incident at the Draft on South Main Street. Horace King, 53, of Concord was arrested at 6:33 p.m. on Feb. 22 on felony second-degree assault-domestic violence-strangulation, simple assault, and domestic violence-simple assault charges after an incident on Centre Street.
