WOODBURY, MN — Jersey Mike's locations throughout Minnesota, including two in Woodbury, are set to donate 100 percent of their March 30 sales to support Special Olympics Minnesota. More than 250 people from around the Woodbury area teamed up in February to raise $67,902 with a Polar Plunge at Carver Lake Beach. That means the Woodbury Polar Plunge has raised almost $750,000 for Special Olympics Minnesota across eight years. All Jersey Mike's Minnesota locations are set to donate their March 30 sales, according to the sandwich-shop chain.
