EDINA, MN — March 30 is set to be a big day for Special Olympics Minnesota in Edina. South View Middle School is hosting its first-ever "Cool School" Polar Plunge that afternoon, with more than 220 people raising almost $28,000, as of Wednesday, to support Special Olympics Minnesota. Meanwhile, Jersey Mike's two Edina locations will donate 100 percent of their sales that day to help send more than 100 Minnesota athletes to compete in the Special Olympics in Florida this summer.
