COBB COUNTY, GA — Two Cobb County shopping centers are part of a $1.3 billion sale of 81 shopping centers across the U.S., according to the Marietta Daily Journal. Terrell Mill Village, located at the corner of Terrell Mill and Powers Ferry roads, and East West Commons, located at the corner of East West Connector and Austell Road, will have new owners by the end of March. Los Angeles-based real estate group CIM sold the properties to Necessity Retail REIT, a New York-based real estate investment trust, the MDJ reported. Read more from the Marietta Daily Journal here.
