Ok, it's not THAT bad, but I'm getting kicked out any day now! I completed Woodglen Recovery Junction a few weeks ago and was placed in Clean Path which requires that I have a job within three weeks. This sounds reasonable, but I'm not exactly your normal addict. A day job ain't gonna cut it for me. I need to draw. I am an artist trying to get my cartoon going but I can't do that if I'm bagging groceries. Drawing takes time: lots of it. So... I need to find a nice, generous person (if you're an addict or alcohol in recovery you may understand better) who can help me with a place to stay just for a few weeks while I get on my feet. I can help around the house, walk your dogs, help with kids, fix meals... I'm extremely helpful to have around in return for a bed or couch or a spot in your garage for my sleeping bag. I just don't wanna end up back on the streets because I can't stay sober out there, and I NEED to stay sober for a million gigantor reasons.
