An opportunity for you. Need an individual with tools, truck and experience to service a good number of apartments in various locations. Job requires 20 - 30 hours per week, more or less, of your time. Work would include repairing or replacing: plumbing, HWT, stoves, toilets, dishwashers, no heat, drywall, woodworking, disposals, minor electrical, some painting, some outside work. Some jobs may need a helper. Most work, except emergencies, may be scheduled to suit you. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of property maintenance. Applicant: Must enjoy working with tenants, be able to pass a background check, be responsible, dependable, honest and respected. The job requires the ability to work with little supervision, the ability to schedule and prioritize work, flexibility with change throughout the work day.
