Growing electronic contract manufacturer located in Carlsbad is seeking Assemblers for our production line to work on 1st shift. The ideal candidate must read and understand given instructions. Must have the ability to work well in an assembly line as part of a team and follow established procedures and guidelines. Assembler performs repetitive manual tasks associated with the assembly of parts, components and/or units at floor workstations. No experience necessary! We will train. Requirements: • 1 year experience working in a manufacturing environment preferred • Ability to distinguish different colors and audible tones • Able to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and assembly instructions • Ability to manually insert components on circuit boards • Excellent reading and verbal communication skills • Must follow detailed instructions and work well in a team • Ability to perform repetitive manual tasks We offer excellent benefits, every other Friday off, and a great working environment.
